What you are received are "TicketFast" tickets. These are a brand of tickets owned by TicketMaster and supported by most major box offices. (You may also see them referred to as "E-Tix" or "E-Tickets"). These tickets are originally purchased from TicketMaster as an emailable file containing a printout of the tickets which include unique barcodes. Upon entering the venue, the barcode is scanned at the door to authenticate the ticket, just as with a traditional ticket. The name on the ticket is that of the original purchaser (The broker from whom we acquired these tickets for you.) and is not relevant to entry to the event. Although the tickets originate from an email attachment when we acquire them, it is our practice to ship the printed tickets to you. This is for proof of delivery, as well as your added protection against fraud.
(Note: It is not necessary for tickets to be printed in color).
Why are tickets of a lesser quality more expensive?
Price does not reflect quality. The price you see reflects our cost of obtaining the tickets. We would suggest if you see similiar tickets with different prices that you choose the cheaper of the two.
How do I know if the seats are side-by-side and what the seat numbers are?
All seats are next to each other unless they are noted otherwise. Seat numbers are not given out until after the order has been placed.
My credit card billing address and the address I want the tickets sent to are different. How do I go about getting the tickets sent to the address I want?
We prefer to send the tickets to the billing address of the credit card so that we are protected against charge backs. We do make exceptions to this rule in special cases. You will need to contact us and get an authorization form if you wish to pursue this option. Once, we receive the required documentation we will make a decision about sending the tickets to your desired destination. Please note that we do reserve the right to deny this request.
What are E-Tickets and Ticketfast tickets?
These are download files that contain tickets. They print out on a standard printer.
Can I have the tickets emailed to me if they are Ticketfast or E-Tickets?
Due to some fraudulent transactions we have received in the past we do not generally email tickets regardless of what the notes say on the ticket listings (the notes sometimes come from other brokers on our network so please disregard the notes stating they can be emailed). If you wish to have the tickets emailed please contact our office and as with the shipping of tickets to alternative addresses we will make a decision to allow it or not.
